The Golden Closet would like to thank Mr. Jason DeBord of Original Prop Blog for taking the time to speak with us and agreeing to feature a video interview on his website www.originalprop.com. In a four part series, Mr. DeBord conducted an in-depth interview with The Golden Closet’s owner Breanna Livie.
Over the course of the three-part interview, Breanna presents some of the rare and iconic items from The Golden Closet’s extensive collection and also provides valuable insights into the history and operation of her family’s company, Eastern Costume. The company’s Master Tailor Gilberto Guzman talks about his experiences within the entertainment industry, and The Golden Closet’s own Sierra Bay Robinson discusses some of the aspects involved in the research and authentication of screen used wardrobe and props.
